REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 5 years experience in Global Payroll Processing
• at least 3 years in leadership role
• Has experience using SAP Software
• Experience working in BPO, IT or Shared Services Company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes actions to meet requirements and completes all necessary tasks within the allotted time.
• Work together with the operational excellence team.
• thorough understanding of the process's metrics.
