  • Process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll and benefits.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate with HR to implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and analysis related to payroll data.
  • Assist with audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or any related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and excellent communicator.
