  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Assist with HR-related concerns, including employee inquiries and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Prepare and present reports related to payroll and employee attendance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software and MS Office, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with labor laws and regulations pertaining to payroll.
