Location: Philippines 

Reports to: Finance Manager/CFO


Elevate Support Care specializes in providing disability support services registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), Short Term Accommodation (STA), and personal care. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized disability support that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity. 


The Payroll and Invoicing Officer is responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs, and handling all invoicing-related tasks. This role involves collaborating with various departments to maintain employee records, process payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 



  • Payroll Management: 
  • Process payroll on a monthly/bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy in calculations. 
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation, including employee timesheets and tax forms. 
  • Handle payroll queries and issues promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction 
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance. 


  • Invoicing: 
  • Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time. 
  • Verify invoice accuracy, ensuring all billable items are included. 
  • Track outstanding invoices and follow with clients regarding payments. 
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment. 
  • Maintain organized records of invoices and payment statuses. 
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports related to invoicing. 


  • Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with HR to ensure employee data is current and accurate. 
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure proper allocation of expenses and cash flow projections. 
  • Provide support during audits by gathering relevant data and documentation. 


  • Continuous Improvement 
  • Identify areas for process improvement in payroll and invoicing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll processing and invoicing. 
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations governing payroll and invoicing is an advantage
