Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate and monitor payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, HR Manager, and Finance team.
  • Review, verify, and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll accounts for newly hired employees and handle HRIS enrollment.
  • Review and submit final pay computations (including last pay) for approval prior to release.
  • Prepare, review, and submit BIR Alphalist (Forms 1604-C, 2316) and other tax-related statutory reports.
  • Handle computation, preparation, and monitoring of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Ensure timely and accurate remittance of statutory contributions and withholding taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits including company loans, leave credits, and allowances.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date compensation and benefits records.
  • Prepare management reports on payroll costs, benefits utilization, and compliance status.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, auditors, and external vendors regarding payroll, tax, and benefits matters.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll, compensation, tax, and benefits.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to rewards and recognition programs.
