Description
- Manage and process payroll for employees in a timely manner.
- Process payroll, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with HR for employee benefits and deductions.
- Utilize payroll software for reporting and data entry.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and strong mathematical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role, typically Monday to Friday, with deadlines during pay periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
