Who we’re looking for:

As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, we are looking for a payroll manager to joinour Australian Payroll & Human Resourcesteam. In this role, you willuse your excellent communication skills towork collaboratively with people at all levels across theBMD Group in Australia. You will manage two payroll officers to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, whilst maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Ensuring and reviewing timesheet data of 1000+staff

  
  

• Interpretation of Australian awards and legislation as and when required

  
  

• Processing and reviewing month end payments (union dues, income protection, redundancy funds etc.)

  
  

• Maintaining accurate personnel records

  
  
  

About you:

• Previous experience in a payroll manager role

  
  

• Construction industry experience highly regarded

  
  

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV software highly regarded

  
  

• Ability to adapt and problem solve in a dynamic team environment

  
  

• Ability to work in a high volume, processing environment with high attention to detail

  
  

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, collaborativelyand manage a small team
