Job Description
岗位职责：
1.媒体拓展：根据市场增长战略，负责区块链投放生态合作伙伴的资源拓展和关系维护，简历长期稳定的流量引入机制，为平台用户拉新的增长目标负责
2.转化路径优化：定期用户从引流到注册/交易的全链路转化数据，输出优化方案，协同产品/运营/数据团队，推动落地优化策略，提升渠道投放ROI
3.渠道优化：监控各合作渠道的投放表现，定期复盘ROI，优化预算分配和投放策略，建立渠道质量评估体系及保留/淘汰机制；
岗位要求：
1.3年+区块链行业媒体拓展经验，熟悉加密货币市场，拥有有效圈内媒体合作资源优先；
2.具备数据思维，能够基于用户行为数据优化注册/交易等关键事件转化率；
3.逻辑清晰，具备优秀的跨部门协作能力和较强的沟通能力；
