- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience as a painter.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in finishing and Duco painting techniques; attention to detail is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare surfaces, apply paint, ensure high-quality finishing and follow safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor and indoor environments; may involve physical labor and exposure to chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, creativity, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.
