Job Description:

• Assist members and guests with inquiries and provide information about gym services and programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym facilities and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new members regarding gym operations.
• Facilitate smooth customer experiences by addressing any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or fitness environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about fitness and helping others.
