JOB SUMMARY
To assist in the overall coordination and implementation of Active Case Finding (ACF) and Intensified Case Finding (ICF) Activities, PMDT and TB/HIV activities in the CHD Regional Offices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Assists in the planning, conceptualizing, scheduling and execution of ACF and ICF activities in coordination with the CHD, PHOs, LGUs, Rural Health Units, ACCESS-TB Regional Teams and other internal and external partners
2. Assists in the implementation of MDRTB and TBHIV activities in coordination with the CHD, PHOs, LGUs, Rural Health Units, and ACCESS-TB Regional Teams
3. Provides administrative and logistics support for efficient implementation of the activities
4. Assists in the collection and preparation of Consolidated Regional project reports from ACF Contractors, RHUs, Jails/Prisons and Community Volunteers such as but not limited to Activity Reports, Monthly Progress Updates, Consolidated Monthly and Quarterly Reports
5. Assists the RTL and PO in the conduct of monitoring, DQC and OSDV activities
6. Participates in meetings with CHD, ACCESS TB project staff and partners;
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or any relevant Health Science or Social Development Course
Experience : Preferably with experience in coordination with LGUs, Funding Organizations, DOH and other Donors preferred. Experience in community organizing, events and activity management is a plus.
Other / Special Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills; Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Has the knowledge and ability to create presentations and reports. Knowledgeable and familiar with technical, clinical and operational aspects of the NTP, particularly on DOTS. Knowledgeable in facilitating meetings, workshops and planning.
