Role Overview:
- Proactively monitoring systems and addressing alerts to prevent disruptions.
- Delivering exceptional service and clear communication to users, keeping them informed every step of the way.
- Staying current with the latest IT tools and practices and sharing your knowledge with the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience in a BPO setup
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD)
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in international voice support
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules in our Quezon City office
