语言要求: 必须能够阅读和书写泰语
薪资与福利:
- 起始薪资: PHP 40,000
- 3个月后薪资可提高至 PHP 45,000（基于表现）
资格要求
- 流利的泰语（书面和口语），良好的英语能力。
- 有客服或相关工作经验者优先，但不是必需。
- 优秀的沟通和解决问题能力。
- 耐心、富有同情心，能够冷静处理压力情况。
- 熟练使用计算机、客户关系管理软件及其他支持工具。
工作要求
- 将书面材料从泰语翻译成英语，反之亦然。
- 确保翻译的准确性和文化相关性。
- 协助校对和编辑翻译文件。
- 与团队成员协作以理解项目要求。
- 有效管理和优先处理多个翻译任务。
