- İngilizce ve Kantonca arasında çeşitli sektörlerde (tıbbi, hukuki, müşteri hizmetleri vb.) ardıl çeviri hizmetleri sunmak
- Çeviride tam doğruluk, netlik ve tarafsızlığı sağlamak; ton, niyet ve duyguyu korumak
- Her zaman gizliliği ve tarafsızlığı korumak
- Açıklama gerektiğinde saygılı bir şekilde müdahale de dahil olmak üzere çağrı akışını profesyonelce yönetmek
- Yüksek baskı veya duygusal açıdan yoğun etkileşimlerde duygusal zekayı göstermek
- Daha uzun etkileşimleri yönetmek için kısa süreli bellek, aktif dinleme ve not alma tekniklerini uygulamak
- Kişisel görüş veya tavsiye sunmadan yalnızca tercümanın rolü içinde kalmak
- Performansı sürdürmek ve artırmak için sürekli eğitim, koçluk ve geri bildirim oturumlarına katılmak
- Çağrıları etkin bir şekilde yönetmek ve faaliyetleri kaydetmek için temel bilgisayar araçlarını (MS Office, dahili platformlar) kullanmak
