Description
- Operate elevators in commercial buildings.
- Assist passengers in entering and exiting safely.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain elevator equipment and report malfunctions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Monitor and manage elevator schedules efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with building management and staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in elevator operations preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong compliance knowledge and customer-oriented approach are essential.
- Working Conditions: Work in various weather conditions, primarily indoors, with potential physical labor involved.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.
