Description
- Willing to do Field Work.
- know how to drive a motorcycle.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.
- Conduct research on HR policies and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR/administrative roles/ Office/ Admin/ Coordinator/ Team Leader.
- Know how to Drive Motorcycle.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, excellent leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, support employee onboarding, and maintain HR records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours; some flexibility may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
