- Support the review and evaluation of existing company processes and procedures.
- Assist management in refining and enhancing process flows for improved efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documented process flows, with continuous updates to reflect new implementations.
- Manage, compile, and organize company documents systematically.
- Perform HR and administrative functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
