Role: Agings Analyst

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Philippines - Angeles / Mabalacat (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night Shift

This role is a CS Everywhere - Work from Home setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.


Job Description:

The Freedom Agings Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, resolving and reporting on aging accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in record status reporting. This role plays a critical part in identifying trends, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution to open invoices with outstanding balances. The analyst will review and analyze data, question discrepancies between what the Carrier reports as an open invoice and company's own record keeping. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the Carrier, the TranzIndia Freedom Billing team, the US Freedom team, and client service teams to drive improvements to resolve issues that keep invoices to be billed correctly and then paid correctly the first time.

Must have strong organizational skills with intermediate Microsoft Excel experience. Job includes tracking the carrier’s status from our custom database using Internal StarPay tools and reports. The candidate will research, question information and track/following up on disputes filed with carriers via email (and phone calls when needed.) Accurate records of follow up communication is a must. Must be proficient in English.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH & VLOOKUP,).
  • Experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, or aging reconciliation preferred.
