Job Description
Field Repossession Agents / Recovery Agents is responsible for locating and recovering assets, such as vehicles or equipment, from clients who have defaulted on their payments that are subject to repossession. This role involves fieldwork including driving to various locations, to track down and retrieve these assets in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
l High School Diploma or equivalent.
l Experience not required but similar role is helpful.
l Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
l Able to drive a motor cycle and a four (4) wheel drive vehicle.
l Good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
l Have the ability to handle confrontations and can work under pressure.
l Physically Fit.
l Must be a good team player.
