System Development & Testing:
Develop and test fibre-optics geotechnical instrumentation systems, including deployment, calibration, and verification.
Business Strategy:
Develop and implement business plans, including market analysis, growth strategies, sales projections, and budgeting for fibre-optic instrumentation and asset monitoring
Project Leadership:
Oversee project operations, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and budgeting for fibre-optics initiatives.
Technical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support to systems after commissioning and troubleshoot issues related to optical nodes and instruments.
Product Development & Promotion:
Develop and promote fibre-optic products and services to existing and potential clients.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to define project requirements, responsibilities, and restrictions.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish partnerships with complementary service providers and fibre-optics manufacturers, both locally and internationally.

Hands-on experience in geotechnical instrumentation with fibre-optics.
Strong knowledge of fibre-optic technologies and systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Familiarity with geotechnical instrumentation works and emerging technologies in the field.
