1. Responsible for basic exchange operational configuration:

o Key tasks include user outreach, product listing and delisting, fee configuration, and announcement publishing.

o Ensure all operational processes comply with regulatory requirements, safeguarding the platform’s compliance and stability.

2. Customer service support:

o Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless user experience.

o Handle and resolve user-related operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

3. Process optimization and execution:

o Continuously optimize and enhance exchange operational workflows to improve efficiency.

o Participate in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for exchange operations.

4. Compliance oversight:

o Monitor and audit all exchange activities in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.

o Track and implement changes in regulatory policies, promptly adjusting internal processes and strategies.

5. Cross-department collaboration:

o Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and other teams to ensure smooth configuration and optimization efforts.

o Coordinate across departments to drive timely project delivery.

Position Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates from overseas institutions or China’s “211” universities preferred.

2. Language Skills:

Proficient in English, able to use it as a working language for business communications and report writing.

3. Licensed exchange operational experience:

5–8 years of relevant operational experience with licensed exchange operations; familiar with financial regulatory frameworks and exchange procedures.

4. Basic exchange business configuration:

Responsible for core exchange configuration tasks, including user acquisition, product listing/delisting, fee configuration, and announcement publishing.

5. Project management:

Ability to independently manage projects and deliver expected outcomes on schedule.

6. Teamwork and communication:

Strong team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in cross-department collaboration, coordinating product, technology, compliance, and other teams.

· Background in digital assets or fintech.

· Familiarity with major global financial market regulations and the operational processes and standards of leading exchanges.
