Job Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with the end-to-end KOL lifecycle processes, including contract negotiation and signing, compensation, and event execution.
2. Provide KOLs with marketing collateral, exclusive events, and relevant information to support effective platform promotion.
3. Monitor and analyze KOL promotional performance, including user growth, trading volume, and event engagement metrics, and propose optimization recommendations.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute KOL-specific promotional campaigns, competitions, and other exclusive initiatives.
5. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize KOL programs and overall KOL experience.

Job Requirements:

• KOL Operations Experience: Proven experience working with KOLs or in other exchange environments.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze promotional data and KOL performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in campaign management, KOL operations, and market promotion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of one year in KOL operations or channel management.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and exchange platforms.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
