Description
- Designing and implementing sales processes, policies, and systems
- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyzing sales performance, trends, and metrics
- Providing sales training, coaching, and support
- Facilitating communication between departments
- Streamlining processes to support the sales team's performance and success
Requirements
- Academic: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and superiors
- Leadership: The ability to motivate and manage a team of sales specialists
- Problem-solving: The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Analytical mindset: The ability to analyze data and report on it
- Knowledge of operations management: A good understanding of operations management
- Multitasking: The ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
- Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
