Job Responsibilities: • Campaign Planning and Growth Operations: Plan and execute on-platform and off-platform growth campaigns for strategy trading (bots), including new user acquisition, activation, and retention, continuously boosting engagement and trading volume. • User Operations: Design differentiated operational programs across the strategy trading user lifecycle to improve user conversion rates and long-term retention. • Product and Data Insights: Deeply understand the logic of strategy trading products; leverage data analysis and market trends to identify user needs and pain points, driving product and feature optimizations. • Automation and AI Operations: Utilize product tools and AI capabilities to automate user outreach, strategy recommendations, and campaign pushes, enhancing operational efficiency and precision. Qualifications: • Fluent in English for business communication; experience in overseas market operations is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, user operations, or growth operations; experience with crypto, financial derivatives, or quantitative trading is preferred. • Solid understanding of strategy trading (e.g., grid trading, DCA); able to propose growth strategies based on user behavior and data. • Strong data analysis skills; proficient with common tools such as Excel and SQL. • Results-oriented, clear logical thinking, capable of cross-department collaboration and possessing a global mindset.
