Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize yourself with the end-to-end KOL operation process, including contracting, compensation, and campaign execution.

2. Provide KOLs with marketing materials, exclusive events, and relevant information to support effective platform promotion.

3. Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics—such as user growth, transaction volume, and engagement—and recommend optimization strategies.

4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute KOL-focused promotions, competitions, and other exclusive activities.

5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, continuously optimizing KOL initiatives and experiences.

Job Requirements:

KOL Operations Experience: Proven experience working with KOLs or within other exchanges.

Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze promotional data and KOL performance, making data-driven decisions.

Marketing Experience: Background in campaign management, KOL operations, and market promotion.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least one year of KOL operations or channel management experience.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and exchange platforms.

Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English for professional use.
