Responsibilities 1. Event Planning and Execution • Design and implement wallet user acquisition campaigns to boost usage and fund retention. • Continuously refine campaign strategies and incentive models based on data feedback and market trends. • Oversee campaign design, execution, and post-campaign analysis. 2. User Growth and Retention • Develop user acquisition strategies leveraging viral loops, task systems, and incentive programs to convert new sign-ups into active wallet users. • Monitor retention metrics and user journeys to identify pain points and propose improvements. 3. Product Operations Collaboration • Work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to drive user conversion on core wallet features. • Gain deep understanding of product functionality and conduct user education and outreach. 4. Data Analysis and Optimization • Track key wallet operating metrics (registration conversion rate, card activation rate, deposit volume, Earn participation, retention rate, etc.). • Use data-driven insights to inform campaign design and product enhancements, improving overall operational efficiency and ROI. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, FinTech, or Blockchain-related fields • Minimum 2 years of operational experience in crypto wallets, exchanges, or Web3 projects, with proven success in campaign planning and execution • Strong familiarity with Web3 user growth strategies and in-depth knowledge of wallet products (MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Phantom, etc.) • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, summarization, and project management skills
