Skills: Familiarity with user behavior analysis and data-driven operational strategies; strong communication, organization, and coordination skills; high market sensitivity, capable of capturing user needs and responding quickly.
Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, able to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a spirit of teamwork and resilience under pressure.
