• Oversee day-to-day operations of remote teams, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and productivity.
• Manage customer service interactions to deliver high-quality support and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Train and support team members in best practices for remote operations and short-term rental management.
• Develop and implement workflows to streamline processes and optimize performance within short-term rental operations.
• Utilize HostAway extensively for property management, reporting, automation, and operational optimization. Prior hands-on experience with HostAway is required.

Requirements

Mandatory: Proven, hands-on experience using HostAway in a short-term rental management environment. Do not apply if you do not have prior HostAway knowledge and experience.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Experience Level: 2–5 years in short-term rental or property management operations

Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, leadership ability, and excellent people management skills
