Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of perpetual futures, copy trading, and related products to drive trading volume and user engagement. • Monitor and analyze futures trading data, providing optimization recommendations. • Develop user growth strategies for futures products based on market trends to acquire new users and enhance retention. • Collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer service teams to drive feature optimization and operational execution. • Oversee end-to-end API Broker integration, including requirements alignment, technical coordination, launch follow-up, and operational support; design and refine API Broker incentive programs based on market feedback. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, brokerages, or derivatives operations; experience with futures, forex, or crypto derivatives preferred. • Proficient in trading rules and market mechanisms for perpetual and delivery futures. • High data sensitivity and proficiency with data analysis tools. • Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills. • English proficiency preferred.
