We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to help streamline operations, support the Project Manager, and oversee cross-departmental tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments (marketing, logistics, customer service, and product management)
• Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Support the Project Manager by tracking project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights
• Conduct operational analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to management
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring accountability within teams
• Monitor KPIs and maintain operational excellence across all departments
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or similar roles
• Strong task management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Tech-savvy: familiar with project management tools (Notion & Ai tools), Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce operations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail operations
• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics management
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
