Job Responsibilities:

1. Build the overall operational system for contract business on the trading platform based on the company's business development needs;

2. Establish the contract user system, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and community management for platform users;

3. Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of contract-related activities on the platform;

4. Optimize contract products, coordinating with product and technical departments to manage progress and ensure functionality;

5. Assemble the contract operations team and manage daily communication and coordination;

6. Be data-sensitive and formulate operational strategies based on operational data.
