- Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales and account management team.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Conduct fieldwork to monitor market trends, gather competitor data, and assess customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and credit terms.
- Train and guide junior sales staff or account officers when necessary.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth.
