- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and initiate improvements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to enhance processes.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- The ability to communicate in any of the following Chinese dialects — Cantonese, Mandarin, or Hokkien — as well as in English or Tagalog is required.— as well as in English or Tagalog is required.
- Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning skills
- Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in human resources or cooperative management is a plus
