OPERATIONS MANAGER

• With strong background in machine shop operations and toolings management
• Knowledgeable in CNC / fabrication / preventive maintenance
• Experience in production planning, workflow, and manpower supervision
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Can implement process improvements and ensure quality & safety standards
• Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Preferably with at least 3–5 years supervisory or managerial experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves managing manpower, monitoring production activities, and coordinating with various departments to meet project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee machine shop operations including machining, fabrication, and tooling activities
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of CNC machines, fabrication tools, and equipment
• Plan and manage production schedules, workflow, and manpower assignments
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity
• Monitor product quality and compliance with safety and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for job orders, materials, and project updates
• Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and training
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Prepare reports related to production status, machine utilization, and shop performance
