Job Description
工作职责：
1. 承担/管理着与项目方的主要对接职责，涵盖日常沟通、信息传递、问题反馈及协调解决等工作。
2. 在涉及敏感事项时，需要在保障平台风控与用户利益的前提下，向项目方进行充分解释与沟通，确保信息传达及时、透明，并为后续处理提供依据。
职位要求：
1. 具备区块链行业背景，熟悉交易所业务流程；拥有项目方或机构客户对接经验，或在区块链项目
2. 负责与交易所沟通的经验，熟悉项目生命周期及常见诉求；
3. 有客户经理或运营相关工作经历者优先。
4. 沟通与协调能力：能够清晰传达平台政策，并在多方之间推动共识；
5. 问题解决能力：在涉及敏感事项时，快速分析问题并提出可行方案；
6. 风控意识：理解安全及平台风险控制逻辑，确保对接沟通合规且安全；
7. 抗压与应变能力：面对质疑或压力时保持专业，灵活处理突发情况；
8. 跨部门协作能力
