- Handle inbound calls from Runners needing assistance with job-related issues, app navigation, or procedural clarifications.
- Respond to comments or queries submitted via the support section or chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Log, track, and resolve issues raised by Runners during live runs, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal such as dispatch and Customer support to ensure Runner concerns are addressed promptly.
- Assist runners with troubleshooting delivery issues, delays, or updates related to job assignments.
