Operations Assistant/Specialist

Job Description
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support project management and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Help with data entry and report generation.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented approach, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, coordinate with teams for customer queries, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical hours with possible overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
