Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant – Finance to support both financial and general operational functions within our marketing agency. While the core focus of this role is on finance-related tasks, the ideal candidate is also open to assisting with broader administrative and operational duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting management who is also flexible and resourceful in a dynamic, creative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tracking and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Reconcile bank transactions, petty cash, and internal company accounts
  • Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and budget trackers
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payments
  • Monitor and update internal financial systems and trackers
  • Assists in collection of payments
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Provide general administrative and operations support as needed by the team
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks to help ensure efficient office and project operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of accounting management principles and practices is ideal
  • Experience in finance or administrative support is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Must have good grammar and clear communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Willing to support a range of operational tasks beyond finance when needed
  • Open to fresh graduates


Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work setup (remote and in-office)
  • May require occasional extended hours during reporting periods or special projects
