主要职责
- 将产品信息上传至电商平台（Shopee、TikTok Shop、Lazada 等）
- 打包并准备客户订单以进行配送
- 与客户沟通并及时回复咨询
- 跟进订单状态、物流追踪和配送更新
- 与仓库和快递公司协调
- 收集并汇报客户反馈以改进服务
- 支持线上营销活动和促销活动
任职要求
- 最低学历为SPM或大专（专业不限）
- 打字速度快且准确
- 熟悉电商平台者优先
- 责任心强、注重细节、做事有条理能够独立工作并与团队协作
- 具备基本的英语沟通能力；掌握其他语言者优先
