Description
- Administer first aid and medical assistance to employees.
- Provide first-aid, manage health records, assist in employee wellness initiatives, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor workplace health standards.
- Develop and implement wellness programs.
- Maintain medical records and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for employee care.
- Educate staff on health and safety regulations.
- Assist in emergency response planning and execution.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or company setting and must be REGISTERED NURSE
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical procedures, first-aid responses, and patient health record management (PHRN).
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office or medical facility, requiring adaptability to various situations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
