An experienced Electrician and Building Maintenance Technician with TESDA certification and two years of hands-on experience in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing large electrical systems, including building wiring and power distribution systems. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing damaged electrical panels, operating generator sets (GENSET), and performing preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building facilities.

Responsible for regular inspection and monitoring of electrical panels, elevators, escalators, and other building equipment, as well as conducting weekly preventive maintenance and monthly electrical and water meter readings for tenants. Provides accurate reports and directly coordinates all maintenance activities and concerns with the Shift Engineer on duty.
