Description

  • Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and timely
  • Maintain and update vehicle inventory records
  • Verify VIN numbers and other vehicle information
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to DMV and other agencies
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with sales and finance departments to complete paperwork
  • Track and follow up on pending documentation
  • File and organize physical and electronic records
  • Assist with audits and internal reviews of vehicle records

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 years business course
  • Previous experience in an automotive or clerical role preferred
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus
