We’re an Australian mortgage brokerage looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant to support loan processing and client management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a mortgage broker assistant
• At least 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Connective / Mercury
• Proven experience using Cashdeck and Quickli
• Strong understanding of Australian home loan processes and lender requirements
• High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Loan application preparation and submission
• Managing documentation, follow-ups, and lender communication
• Updating CRM and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting brokers through the end-to-end loan process
