Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) native app development, implementing core business features and UI components.

2. Conduct cross-platform app development using React Native, ensuring code reuse and functional consistency across both platforms.

3. Develop native modules and bridging code to address compatibility issues between React Native and native interactions.

4. Possess web front-end (React/Vue/Next.js) or back-end web development capabilities.

5. Optimize mobile app performance, utilizing debugging tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.

6. Participate in technology selection and architecture design, encapsulate common components and utility classes, and establish CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

1. Mobile Native Development (Required):

- iOS: Proficient in Swift/Objective-C, familiar with UIKit/SwiftUI and the Xcode toolchain.

- Android: Proficient in Kotlin/Java, familiar with the Android SDK, Jetpack, and Gradle.

- 1–3 years or more of native mobile development experience.

2. React Native Development (Required):

- Proficient with the React Native framework, understanding JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based development in React.

- Familiar with core functionalities such as state management, navigation, and network requests.

- Capable of developing native modules and bridges.

3. One Full-Stack Capability (Required):

- Web Front-end: Familiar with React/Vue/Next.js and front-end engineering toolchains.

- Back-end Development: Proficient in at least one back-end language, experienced in developing RESTful APIs and database operations.

4. Technical Foundation: Familiar with network protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS and WebSocket, with an understanding of mobile performance optimization and Git version control; adhere to strong coding standards.

5. Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and independent troubleshooting abilities; excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in both iOS and Android native development.

- Familiarity with other cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter.

- Experience with large-scale mobile application projects and publishing apps on the App Store/Google Play.

- Familiarity with mobile automation testing and CI/CD processes.

- Experience in Web3 or blockchain-related mobile development.

- Participation in open-source projects or maintaining a personal technical blog.
