Description

Plan, design, and develop employee-facing mobile applications for iOS and Android, supporting internal workflows such as approvals, directories, learning, bookings, and dashboards.

Build and maintain high-quality mobile features using Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack, with optional use of Flutter or React Native.

Integrate mobile applications with internal APIs, backend services, and SaaS platforms.

Design and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, including build automation, app signing, environment promotion, and automated testing.

Manage enterprise app deployment and updates:

• iOS: Apple Business Manager custom apps, MDM distribution, redemption codes
• Android: Managed Google Play private apps and EMM deployment

Implement in-app analytics, observability tools, and crash reporting to ensure application stability and performance.

Apply security and privacy best practices, including authentication, secure storage, data minimization, and secrets management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable releases, scalability, and excellent end-user experience.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin / Jetpack).
• Exposure to cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is a plus.
• Proven experience with enterprise mobile app distribution, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), MDM, EMM, and Managed Google Play (Private Apps).
• Working knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and app signing workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile security, crash diagnostics, and release management.
• Comfortable with technical interviews involving build/signing walkthroughs and crash triage scenarios.
