Description
- Assist in executing merchandising strategies and maintaining product displays.
- Coordinate inventory management and track sales performance.
- Support the merchandising team in market research and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for product sourcing.
- Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in product selection, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional field visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
