Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Create attractive store layouts and item displays that showcase the brand’s features and aesthetics.
• Manage seasonal product launches and ensure new products are published and optimized timely on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores and determine product supply and demand.
• Track store inventory and stock transfers/movements. Systematically introduce promotions, sales, and price changes.
• Identify and analyze consumer trends; collaborate with the marketing department to develop new projects, campaigns, and business improvement ideas.
• Ensure product selection aligns with market trends.
• Interpret sales reports and provide guidance to improve sales figures and customer engagement.
• Set pricing and negotiate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Perform other related tasks as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail distribution operations, marketing, and product merchandising.
• Strong background in merchandising, marketing, financial, and general business knowledge.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of conceptualizing and executing merchandising strategies.
• High aptitude for research and analyzing business opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
