Merchandising associates process orders, schedule deliveries and interact day to day with suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of merchandise.
Act as first point of contact between dealers and Department
Prepare HFO quotations for branches
Coordinate stocks and delivery between dealers and Company
Process DR and STR of stocks (Dealers and Galleries)
Monitor dealer website and memorandums
Compile required documents for dealers
Maintain and update dealer folders
Report dealer activities 2x a week
Coordinate monthly HFO office days
Compile HIGH RESOLUTION photographs (taken from the Merchandising Officer – imports) of all HFO items, filed accordingly on computer
Update HFO section in website (coordinate with Marketing Department)
Cold calls and follow up calls with potential HFO corporate clients
Cold calls and follow up calls with potential HFO dealers
Monitor daily branch sales
Prepare monthly sales report
Encode, modify and monitor La-Z-Boy SKUs
Maintain and update La-Z-Boy swatches in Head Office and Branches
Update La-Z-Boy catalog in Head Office and Branches
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Facebook and via email
Update and distribute price lists when necessary
