Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Analyze sales data to optimize inventory levels and product placement.
- Collaborate with marketing to create attractive displays and promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Train and guide retail staff on effective merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in wholesale operations and inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage stock levels, assist in product displays, and analyze market trends.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
