Ability to carry out Architectural & MEPFs design, (Drafts plans/layouts/shop drawings) for project design proposals, implementation and project hand over as required by project team for the approval of the Design and Engineering team as coordinated according to construction standards.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, etc.)
Providing technical support and advice to the design team.
Encoding of construction drawings, shop drawings, construction details, actual checking of dimensions and measurements and compliance with applicable standards and codes.
Site ocular & assist another department in project issue.
Can coordinate with client and third party

Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Can work independently.

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Certification in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD software.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and tools.
Understanding of MEPF systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and drafting.
Ability to interpret and create detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with standards and codes for local building codes.
Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and simulation tools.
A COSH Certificate is a must.
